The more my gut gets aggravated with anti-fungals, spices, irritating foods etc.. The more food sensitivities i will have. You might want to give your body a break from everything and give your GI tract a break. Eat some bland/light foods to give your GI some rest. Yes i have been at a point where i felt i couldnt eat anything. That is when i was doing too much at once. A few times I had to go on a 2 day water fast just to function again.
Bland food are foods that are not spicy, bitter, abrasive, hard to digest or too fatty.
chicken breast, low fat fish, green leafy veggie juice, steamed zucchini with the skin peeled etc.....
Melatonin works great for me--for sleep. Experiment with the grains some people do fine with brown rice or buckwheat. I can actually do sourdough bread from whole foods(malt+sugar free) every know and then with no issues. I tested negative for gluten intolerance. But i do it occasionally cause grains can be mineral depleting. Do any fats or oils agree with you? spectrum palm oil/olive oil etccc?
If i do a good amount of fats/oils i have to supplement woth HCL caps or Bile salts. The HCL caps seem to help with a fatty meal. Prunes work great for constipation. For some reason the only fruit i can do are prunes with potassium sorbate. The potassium sorbate seems to interfere with candidas fermentation. Regular prunes without potassium sorbate dont agree with me.
Not eating 4-5 hrs before bedtime helps to wind down. Eat more earlier in the day.... less at night. Fat and salty foods can speed up metabolism and make it harder to unwind. Make sure where ever you sleep/unwind that it is a chemical free environment.
