Can I use Sea Salt for my flush instead of epson salts? It's solar dried Pacific Sea Salt course. I also have some epson salt about less than a pound but its really old like I think I have had it for 6 or 7 years. What should I do I due for my first dose later this afternoon. Its 1:45 pm here. This is my first flush.
