I had a huge BM this morning (after a bedtime double dose of ParaGone plus two OLE capsules [20% strength] plus 2 enteric coated garlic capsules [equivalent to 8 cloves of garlic] before bed). After, I flushed 3 times to get it all down.

A few minutes later I went back in to the bathroom and saw this in the toilet:






Like I said, I had flushed 3 times. So this "dust" had settled into this pattern in the bottom of the bowl. There was also a lot of loose light yellow-brown dust in the bowl (can't really be seen in the picture) that hadn't formed into a pattern like this.

When I flushed again, the stuff immediately dissipated and went down, so I know it wasn't a parasite.

I did eat a healthy amount of vegetables yesterday, but had no psyllium or other fiber supplements, so I don't think it was that. Is this candida that settled into the bottom of the bowl?
