Just adding my two cents, but I would recommend taking a good look at what I believe may be the best all-around nutritional product for children: intraKID. It contains a whopping 215 different nutrients. Here is a condensed description:
For a complete list of all the 215 vitamins, minerals and other nutrient items, see:
I am not trying to sell anything and have no connection with the company where I found the full ingredient list. It surely is not cheap and by mandate of the manufacturere cannot be sold for less than $70 per bottle. I note that I regularly take the adult version intraMAX and report that I and several others I know, including some other CZ members, report that this is one of the few supplements they have taken where they have felt an almost immediate improvement.
I certainly can appreciate the difficulty when dealing with something that costs $70 a bottle. With the two of us supposed adults here at our place, we stretch our bottle of the adult version by alternating every second or third day with a superfoods powder mix (it's a custom blend modeled after a Schulze formula with added acerola cherry) and sometimes either some juiced veggies or some sea veggies capsules and perhaps a B12 supplement on the off days.
