I havent been able to get my thirst /dehydration under control, and I am taking some Sea Salt
, about 1/4 to 1/2 a tsp a day. I am afraid to take more, but this little bit isnt helping. I am concerned about osteoporosis because of my high cortisol. Is there any truth to a link between the two? I am taking cal/mag, (which has vit d, and boron,
vegetal silica, amd msm.
I have ordered some seriphos to possibly help with the high cortisol but I really just want to retain some fluids :(. How much salt is ok? Till I stop peeing every hr? I have very bulgy veins, too... like angelina. I am 36. I know theres a connection to low blood pressure there somewhere, not sure if its the cause or the effect.
