Why would wild yeast be okay and commercial yeast not? First, you would need to know how someone responded to either one or both. If they were okay with a certain yeast, that doesn't translate to being okay with bread. Bread is not all yeast. It has other components which introduces other variables. Bread is a simple carbohydrate that doesn't work on the McCombs Plan.
