Thanks for the link for fermented foods! I'm in the process of listening to the 2nd video on the Mercola article now ... the one with Caroline Barringer. I've recently started making Kefir from the starter purchased on Bodyecology's site...and since then haven't been able to get it out of my mind that I need to learn how to make some fermented ... cultured vegetables.
