Excessive cook damages the oxygen level in foods, therefore, foods mildly cooked, especially vegetables, and uncooked fruits are good. Many oriental dishes which contain vegetables that have not been overcooked can be quite healthy, if they are not overly sweetened or do not have excessive fats in them. Salads can be of great value and in-between snacks of celery, carrots, or other vegetables can be of great value.
