I am on day 16 of a Water Fast and I feel fine, I just have a nasty taste in my mouth and my mouth is also dry. I also have some fatigue. Those are my only side effects right now.

I am thinking of adding coconut water to semi break the fast, but I don't think I can afford to fast on coconut water completely. Do you think drinking 1 to 2 cups of coconut water a day would be ok? I mean, would it make any difference? I just want a little more energy and to feel more hydrated. I drink lots of regular water yet my mouth is still dry! What do you guys think?
