I am very interested in Oil Pulling, but what is it still healthy if you have dental work on your teeth?
I dont have silver Amalgams but I have had lots of cavities which are now filled in as well as many chipped teeth that had to get built up with god knows what, as well as resin on some teeth.
Just dont want to find out the hard way that it is a bad idea health wise with the dental work. Thanks
I have been oil pulling daily for several years and I have a mouth full of various dental things. Fillings, crowns, root canal, etc. I have had no problems at all. I also have a dental implant. So, go ahead and do it.
The more dental work you have the more places for bacteria to hide. So oil pulling will definitely be helpful. Remember that forceful swishing of the oil isn't necessary - just gently work the oil around and your dental work will be fine.
