well, all that sounds good. Great actually.
I would add
sesame seeds, soaked.
I like them in a tabouley, where the seeds sub for quinoa. (quinoa is getting to be expensive)
- edit--I just saw you have all these. I think you've got things pretty covered. What about seaweed/nor, kelp. didn't notice that -
sunflower seeds: I like them soaked,
made into a pate,
and eaten in a chard leaf,
with grated carrots and so on.
What about nutritonal yeast?
I like green sauces
and "souplike" mixes made
with blended greens and avocado.
And something I've eaten
a lot of lately, just because I love it so, is
steamed broccoli stirred into a pesto of kale, cilantro, parsley, olive oil, pepper flakes, garlic, lemon.
I personally also really like
the Master Tonic aka Super Tonic, as a fairly regular condiment.
It is made with equal parts raw horseradish, and hottest
onions, garlic, peppers,(maybe scotch bonnets or such), ginger in ACV. Curezone search this,if you don't already know it.
