I find it very hard to actually execute both. With the HCL protocol, I want to have my proper (before burning dosage) and have that with the meal (3 times a day). I'd like to let that stay in my stomach and do its acidifying work.
However food usually tends to just sit around in my stomach for a while, hence the need for this protocol. But when I'm adding more food every hour with the Blood Sugar Protocol, I feel like I'm undermining the effects of the HCL levels.
I'm stumped, what do you think? Any Advise?
