So sorry for what you are going through I know how difficult is could be it's literally like have a disability. I can't smell myself very well and other people never say what it smells like except have the reaction. But sometimes I could smell like a light ammonia so if I could smell it I could only imagine what others are smelling. My smell is worst when I have my period maybe I have something going on down there but I will go see a dr soon.
I know it's easier to give up than but you just have to be strong and keep trying I am sure you will find something that will work for you.
For the little that I know this would be the advise I would give you.
1. Cleanse your colon for a day: you could buy something over the counter I use a
Colon Cleanse myself
Do this for a day while drinking plenty of water 8-10 bottles a day if not more.
2. After you have cleansed yourself start taking good probiotics.
3. Eat balanced low choline diet but since you haven't been tested it's hard to know if you have TMAU.
Foods to avoid:
Red meat
Fish
Beans
Soy
Any processed food
Whole eggs
Broccoli
Certain dairy
Chocolate
4. After your clean introduce food one by one.
Strawberries
Zucchini
Pears
Apple
Carrots
Cucumber
White rice
Organic chicken breast- small amount maybe every other day.
You really have to stick to this to see results it doesn't happen over night.
Drink a lot of water and it's important to have bowel movement everyday.
Other things use low ph soap like neutrogena
Acne body wash or tone body peel.
Use a tongue scrapper to clean your tongue.
