"I have been taking Vit B5 500mg to 1,000mg for a few days, and so far I can say it has done miracles to my Adrenal Fatigue. Can I increase the dose? I mean without any side effects?
I also take Magnesium 400mg to 700mg, Vit C 2,000mg to 4,000mg, B Complex and Probiotics among other things.
I just don't want take more of that Vitamin and end up with something bad down the road!!!"
Polish sites recommended no more then 600 daily, i use 1x100mg twice a day and its good i think, but i take 1000mg for more then one month and no side effects.
Mg is ideal if ratio to Ca is 1,5-2,5.
Vit C 2-3g is ok. I taking 3g for 1,5 year without side effects.
