I'd go with the organic, but have you ever tried the water kefir? It's much simpler to keep going, unless you start making all the fancy recipes... It's all good though!

Unless you can get raw dairy I would avoid it. Pasteurized milk even organic is not good for the body. Goat milk is a little better but not on my list of quality foods unless of course it was raw which our government in its eternal stupidity has outlawed even though people have used it for thousands of years in good health until that fagot piece of human garbage Pasteur came along.

Maybe you could order some different goat milk? What about something like this:

It's from free-range goats and claims to be "Free of pesticides, herbicides, growth hormones, and Antibiotics ."

I'm not trying to promote this product in particular as I do not work for this company and have no financial interest in their success... I'm just saying that there may be a way to get goat milk that is more to your liking... if you don't mind reconstituting the powder!
