Okay first decide which pics you want to post, then make sure they are sized right... so they aren't WAY humongous when you post them : )

To resize Right click on the picture
Left click "Open With"
Left click "Paintbrush"

You should now see how large the pic will be when it posts. If u need to make it smaller then you

Left click "Image" in the toolbar and adjust the percentages
Left click "Resize" and adjust the percentages until your happy with it.
Click "Save" when asked.

Now to load images to a curezone message, open a second curezone page and go straight to "images" at the top and decide which forum folder you are uploading to.
Click "Upload Forum Files"
"Choose File"
"Upload" your image
Then go to "New" images and yours should be right there!
Copy and Paste the URL from that page to your first Curezone page where your message is....
