Protein is my problem . I cannot digest it properly, however most foods have it . I eat almost everything but I don't eat it everyday. Ex: if I have a high in protein source of food in the morning such as eggs or peanut butter etc, I will not have another high source of protein until 2-3 days ( sometimes longer) the key is for me to keep the protein from building up in large amounts so that my body won't be fighting to break down something that I obviously can't do in large amounts .
I STILL HAVE SMELLY DAYS BECAUSE I HAVE TO HAVE PROTEIN. My success (if u can call it that) , doesn't stop the rude and embarrassing remarks but its usually on days when I have had to eat protein. I have one girl at my job who holds her nose before she even gets close to me and that hurts me soo bad , she's always complaining to my boss about me, he doesn't even come near me. Other ppl I work closely with are glad for me and have since started eating and praying the same way I do and they say the just feel better overall and have a significant increase in bowel movements and frequency of them as well.
My daily breakfast is something like this ; 1 whole ruby red grapefruit 1 lemon , dry Cheerios, 2 Celery
stalks and either a banana or strawberries.
I have a mid-morning snack , lunch and dinner then water until bedtime
