If the anti parasites drugs/herbs are not used in the right way, for example a too low dose during a too long time, instead of a high enough dose during a short time, the surviving parasites and the next generations will develop a resistance to these drugs/herbs.

That's why i prefer to use herbs or supplements in a high dose (but progressivly) during a few days instead of using them regularly.

It makes sense that to accelerate the assimilation of nutrients and the elimination of wastes save more energy, time, ressources, and the immune system cells can use these to do others things.
However claiming that eating raw foods and fasting will kill all kinds of helminths/protozoas in all parts of the body is nonsense, watch the video of the link that i have posted, this shows humans in Africa, living outside, breathing pure air, eating raw foods, exposed to the sun, moving their bodies when doing their daily tasks, sleeping according to the sun, and they still get infected and this cause annoying symptoms (horrible symptoms in some cases).

So you decide to ignore the inherited immune system defense mechanisms and weapons one is equiped with, depending on his ancestors and in which region he was supposed to live ?

For you the immune system cells of humans are the more powerfull and smart organisms in the world ? I am not sure about this... If it was true, we should be able to live forever, aging and death do not seem to be preprogrammed events, they seem to be the result of several factors (accumulation of waste, accumulation of harmfull organisms, too slow elimination, entries of toxic substances, cell damages, dna damages, cancer cells, bad circulation, ingestion/inspiration of harmfull substances, inability to absorb and to use beneficial substances, EMR, ...)

For some kinds of parasites, maybe having a "healthy digestive system" is the key (whatever that means) but some parasites can also live in others parts fo the body, how your strategy of having/keeping a "healthy digestive system" is supposed to help damage/kill these parasites ?

Also why don't you take into account the ability of some helminths to trick/manipulate/poison/weaken the human immune system cells ?

Honestly, i am curious about what you think, i am not here to spread my understanding as if it was the only truth, i still have a lot to understand and to do to decrease the parasites load i have.
What do you suggest ? I have already done a 5 days "fast" with an empty digestive tube and ingesting only filtered juices, it has not produced any die off...

That's not what i see around me, i see most people are not aware about the existence of parasites or the dysfunctionnings which can happen in the elimination organs of the human body and they are only talking about their diseases (set of annoying symptoms).

You can't really say that a human "live until their nineties with no health issues whatsoever", if the body stops to live, it means there was one or several problems caused by several factors. Some people decide to not think about it and not face the hard reality (they become fat, constipated, ugly, weak, tired) but positive thinking and carelessness does not make the causes disappear.

My getting sick story is similar to yours, but my getting well experience is different. I nearly died in 2002. The critters infecting me flourish regardless of what I eat. The doctor won't prescribe enough albendazole to do much of anything except make them a little uncomfortable and cause some migration. It wasn't until I bombarded my system with high doses of herbal anti-biotic concoctions that I was able to make any headway. Regardless of what I choose to eat they come back. I tried strict macrobiotic for 3 years. Then I went Raw. Couldn't tell any difference. I can tell that my body loves Raw food and it is easier for me to digest, so I prefer a predominantly raw diet. But I can't tell it does anything to reduce or prevent the parasites from recolonizing. Indeed, I have seen things on fresh peaches that look like eggs of some kind to me. What happens if those things hatch out in your belly? Have you read parasite Rex by Carl Zimmer? He is an award winning Science writer who has interviewed parasitologists all over the world. The information in that book helped to save my life. I have to do routine systemic cleansing with significant doses of anti-parasiticals to stay free of the stuff that is infecting me. I also find that distilled Water Fasting once a month for several days around the full moon before bombarding them with the anti-parastical herbs is the best way to diminish the colony significantly.

Although raw foods are the probably the healthiest foods available, nothing will help someone that is too far gone, simply because digestion is too weak and pathogens will keep surviving whatever you do. The best way out of it is to give the digestive and immune systems a rest from all that digestion that requires energy and distracts the body from fighting the critters.
