I'm writing this at 1:31am so I'm not really sure anyone's going to see this. If anyone does I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible..
So this all started when I moved my bed. I moved my bed accross the room where my old desk was and put my desk where my bed was. My fun shei (or however you spell it) is messed up. I can feel it.
Anyways I haven't been able to sleep properly since then. People who sleep in my room don't have any problems, my mom slept in my bed when I left for Miami and said it was the best sleep she ever had. So I know the problem doesn't lye in my mattress.
I went to visit a friend in Miami on the sixth after getting back from the lake with my family. I slept just fine at her house!(except the fact that we stayed up till like 1am every night talking)
So when I got back from Miami on the 17th I had problems sleeping again. My mom slept in my bed with me because my dad refused to wear the mouth thing that stops you from snoring, my mom fell asleep pretty easily. Me however, not so much. I read on my phone the whole night and just slept in the morning. That's how it's been for the last few days.
Everyone in my house goes to be around 10pm-11pm. I lay in bed reading and on my phone till 6am and then I fall alseep. I usually wake up around 11am and feel kinds sleepy. So I frequent naps during the day.
I thought it was because I was jet lagged from the flight (it was two hours there and two hours back) but I'm not so sure. I don't feel motivated in the mornings and all but at night I'm active! I feel creative and bursting with energy. I'm a teenager..(14) please tell me this is normal.
