Hotema is good, he publishes a lot of unpopular medical reports that tell it like it is about mans biological, biophysical degeneration and moral degeneration.
I read many of Hotema's published works. He dropped out of life and lived on pineapples and coconuts after he raised his kids and his wife died. He reminds me of a more moral version, a medical/nutritional/ religious version of the amoral Paul Gauguin, the french painter who abandoned his wife and 8 children in europe to live in the tropics as a bum and paint pictures of native women whom he idealized and fantasized about. (typical demon possessed male moron escapiasm syndrome to find what they hope are 'dumb' native women to try to exploit, lil king ceaser, dying old fart demonic possession egomania syndrome)
Many people like gauguins crude paintings. I find him just another deadbeat dad who had a midlife crisis and ruined his family, his wife and 8 childrens lives being irresponsible and trying to seek a fantasy and idyllic life where he did not have to grow up and be responsible for his soul and demon possessed actions. Many males operate on the level of degenerate manipulative 14 year old boys and hotema explains this biophysical glandular degeneration of man, (and to a lesser degree women) with a lot of obscure old medical reports and studies.
Hotema claims to be a preacher yet he never discusses the demonic possession of man that caused mans fall. I found Dr. Shakutntala Modi MD's clinical work of depossession and gentle transformational exorcism in her book 'Remarkable Healings', much more current and correct for spiritual healing. Hotema is good for physical healing and focuses on diet and air and sun and does offer lots of healthy physical lifestyle info and old supporting medical studies.
Hotema is a proponent of fresh air, fruitarian diet and simple natural living.
Hotema was in good shape when he died, and being a preacher, he was a bit more moral and realistic in his ponce de leon fountain of youth search then gauguin.
