I've recently grown tired with the diminishing results of my daily urine enemas to treat my daily aches and pains. They worked great for the first 8 months, but have been slowly declining in their efficacy lately, leading me to try a whole host of other options with mixed results. What shockingly worked the best for me, though, was doing enemas prepared from my own previous (watery) bowel movements...in a fit of desperation one day I decided to just collect about 3
quarts of a particularly torrential bout of diarrhea & see what would happen if I poured it into one of my usual enema bags. To my surprise, I felt FANTASTIC, and have continued this regimen on a fairly regular basis. Over the past two months, I'd say I've used a bowel movement enema between 4-5 times/week, occasionally doing two in a single day. On days where I have straight up diarrhea, I usually collect it in a big water cooler jug so I can have a cache ready to go on days when the pipes are less runny. What I usually do is freeze the leftovers, and when I need to use it again just boil it in a saucepan like I was making a traditional
coffee enema (almost brings me back to my Gerson days!)...it stinks up the house a little, but nothing a lil baking soda can't fix! Anyways, I just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar success story using diarrhea enemas? Since I've been feeling much better lately & having fewer bouts of diarrhea, I'm wondering if it might not be a bad idea to try liquifying some of my more solid BMs and using those....any thoughts?
