and can't speak for it's efficacy in aiding the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
work it's magic but it certainly does sound plausible. Just make sure you're near the bathroom ;+D.
The general wisdom in the time frame of the SWF is that it takes 2 hrs and that I can also confirm in my experience so if you use the 2hr guideline before you do your first lemonade it'll be a good starting point.
You sounded a little desperate in your post so do yourself a favor and try to relax you'll be just fine. Evryone is different and you'll hafta experiment a little to find whats best for you. You're gonna go through some changes and perhaps a few little bumps when the toxins get released but nothing that you can't manage by drinking more lemonade and/or lots water.
I pretty much brezzed through my first 40 and 28 dayer with maybe a slight headache here and there. This time around at around day 16 ro 17 I had a serious bout of nausea that really surprised me. I immediately started drinking lots of water and after a coupla hrs I was just fine.
