I haven't found the use of the S. Boulardii in Florastor to be that useful againstf fungal candida. I've seen the research, but I haven't seen the same results in practice. I would follow the Candida Plan and use the Candida Force, Detox Essentials, and Vital Flora. The use of herbs will inhibit candida, but not eliminate it. How did you decide that you have a mild case? How many times have you taken antibiotics?
My experience with florastor is that I think fungal candida has to be under control before florastor can do much of any good. When I took florastor it just seemed to cause gut aggravation along with an overactive immune response. I think the fungal candida was detecting the S. boulardi as being intrusive and attacked it. Fungal candida has to be under control for any probiotic to do much of any good-- this has been my experience.
