I'm on day 30 and sooo ready to eat now. I began drinking the PB shakes day 25 and ever since then the hunger seems to be returning gradually, and I've felt rather nauseous the past few days. How long does it take for these PB shakes to take effect anyways? I'm only able to drink one in the morning. And I'm nervous about the transition. Is it not good to eat any type of soy based products like soy icecream, soy cheese, soy yogurt, or tofu for a while? Will it make me sick? I like variety in my foods usually so I could use some suggestions on recipes for my new diet. I've lost a lot of weight too, will I gain some back once I start eating again? I was thin to begin with, 5'1 and 135lbs. Now I'm 116lbs. This isn't the most natural weight for me so I'm looking to build some mass.
