Do you have any degree of social anxiety? can´t you talk because of fatigue or brainfog or both? Where you are at sounds a lot like the Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome
people, of which I would consider myself a very light case if anything.
1. I have low energy but can do lots of things. I can spend a day on the beach, can walk for hours with rests every hour or so. I cannot lift weights, do sport or otherwise have a normal student or worker life (lots of walking, standing and activity). I am a sympathetic dominant person though, for me "energy" is always present, in the limit I have a even lower output but it doesn´t stops, I can push harder losing health points lol
2. I couldn´t keep the pace of walking of my 50 year old parents once when I was pretty bad, almost anorexic (I have digestive issues on top of adrenal issues). I had to tell them to go ahead and I waited sat in a rock.
3. I consider myself improved, it has taken years, but you can get improvement in months, weeks even if you are very smart and lucky with supplements, diet and lifetsyle modification.
