Don’t be envious. That particular emotion is a source of stress :)
Mine didn’t start speedy at all. Here are my copper values over the last 2.5 years. I am about to mail off another one.
6.5, 8.7, 10.2, 13.5, 12.1, 15.2, 7.7, 18.4, 24.2
Everything else is slowly trending up as well (mercury, arsenic, lead). I was a very poor eliminator when I started. Pale bowel movements, almost white bowel movements when I started taking zinc.
It took a couple of months of coffee enemas before I heard the first gallbladder squirt. Then I started to hear it more and more.
I of course do saunas. I have done about 10 liver gallbladder flush, but I have not gotten any stones that last 3 times. Sometimes that happens I guess.
I just started doing Caster Oil packs over the liver. I have no idea how, but they definitely do something. Everyone working with Pam Killeen is getting into them, and many are noticing a lot more gallbladder sounds.
Regarding diet, Pam does not follow Dr Wilson’s recommended diet. She just parted ways with Dr Wilson over it. He is still “fat phobic”. Beliefs are hard to change.
She promotes more of an “ancestral diet”, Weston Price diet. Lots of butter, bacon, eggs, etc, As much grass fed as possible.
To be honest, I don’t eat much vegetables at all. I don’t avoid them, but they do not occupy the majority of our plate.
Rest is of course important. If I over-do it, I notice the gallbladder sounds stop for a few days. It takes energy to detoxify. That is essentially how stress leads to us becoming toxic in the first place. Years of all energy being used to deal with stress. The immune system is supressed, digestion is suppressed, and the body doesn't eliminate toxins.
And lots and lots meditation. I don’t do Roy Master’s. I definitely agree with Wired on that one. Some guy name Roy did not come up with anything new that 2500 years of Yoga Master and Buddhists hadn’t already figured out. :)
Just plain old mindfulness meditation. Learning to watch the mind 24/7, which is helpful for noticing that your Amygdala has just taken over your mind.
The only detox symptom I have is occasional insomnia. The coffee enemas really keep them at bay.
That particular sister stopped NB. Another on is still doing it. The one that stopped was having vertigo, metallic taste, nausea and a few other detox symptoms. But she hated do the CEs, so she just stopped after a year.
Good Luck to you ..
I guess no doctor is 100% right about everything. It seems especially around diet that there are many conflicting theories and studies.
And it takes a lot to change ones opinion about diet, especially when you were promoting a diet for years and have to face that you may have wrong for years. But the low fat fear is slowly being chipped away at.
But the core of the program, which is remineralizing the body, getting rid of toxins seems to be pretty effective.
For caster oil ... it's pretty simple. Soak a plain flannel cloth with caster oil and place it over your liver area. You should be able to Google for good instructions. A heat pad is often recommended, but the electric heat pads give off some major EMF, so just use a hot water bag.
The flush I do is simple:
Eat last meal at about 4pm
7pm: 1 table spoon of Epsom salts in 8 oz of water (you can get Epsom capsule, which are much easier)
9pm: 1 table spoon of epsom salts in 8 oz of water
11pm: 4-oz of olive oil mixed with 4-oz of lemon juice. Put some honey on your tongue to cover your taste buds ... makes it much easier
upon waking: 1 table spoon of epsom salts in 8 oz of water
wait 2 hrs, have a light breakfast.
I usually do a coffee enema in the morning to help stimulate the gallbladder.
Good luck
Hi Wired.
You said it a few times. They are his BELIEFS. Beliefs do NOT make someone insane.
Rick Santorum has some beliefs that I might think are crazy. But there he was at the presidential debates with a shot at becoming president. Look up some of his quotes.
I wouldn`t want Rick as the president, because his beliefs will influence public policy.
To my dismay ... a significant portion of the population was perfectly fine with his social views. In fact, they elected him as a Senator.
But if Rick was the best mechanical in town to work on my car ... I don`t really care what he thinks about social issues.
I don`t like a lot of the things that Larry Wilson posts on his site. Some of his statements piss me off too.
But his program seems to work pretty well. It is not speedy, but it takes a long time to remineralize the body and eliminate toxins that accumulated from a life time of stress.
He is extremely knowledgable with safe detoxification and mineral balancing.
I tried TEI, and it didn`t work for me. They don`t use coffee enemas .... which make detoxing soooo much easier.
Onedaysoon made out well with TEI. Others got worse after switching to TEI. I hope those using TEI get better.
Hope4myadrenals is doing great with ARL/Wilson. Nothing else she tried helped her. His program helps a lot of people.
I don't like his beliefs either , but they have zero impact on his knowledge of detoxification, mineral balancing and recovering from adrenal fatigue.
That's really all that matters. I wouldn't vote for him .... but his program sure is helping me.
It is not intuitive at all .... but the sicker you are, the less toxins you will initially have in your hair.
This is because your body doesn't have the energy to try to remove them. Your body is not even attempting to eliminate toxins. Every practitioner should know this .. but some are better than others.
I started about 2.5 years doing copper detox after reading Giddlemans book. Then I switched Nutritional Balancing.
Mostly coffee enemas, near infrared saunas, liver/gallbladder flushes (don't start these unless you are strong enough).
The coffee enemas really help to reduce detox symptoms. They trigger the gallbladder to release bile, and the toxins contained in bile.
For me, everything is still trending higher, so I don't know the end result. But I feel pretty good. No fatigue, or anxiety.
I still have occassional insomnia, but that is when your body eliminates toxins (when you are resting). I often wake up in the middle of the night to hear my gallbladder making lots of noise.
It is a sound under my right rib that I had not heard my entire life. It sounds like a growling yorkhire terrier.
