I saw where you mixed yours in OJ, so I continued to do so. I find that if I mix it with water, it burns my mouth and throat for a bit.
I do the Iodine
first thing in the AM. Have a 12oz cup of coffee on the way to work and then take selenium, b complex, msm, centrum vit/mineral, coq10, vit D
At lunch msm & vit c, dinner msm & vit c, bedtime msm, vit c & magnesium. It's no particular protocol... the only real health complain is the nagging morning chest congestion. I'm blowing a 490 on the peak flow meter and have no wheezing, but theres something i can't shake in there. The coldness I can't explain. Iodine
only improved it slightly... but the ALA feels like it wipes everything out of me.
The ALA I wanted to add because of the antioxidant hype... but it's looking like it's doing something to where its pushing the Iodine
out or neutralizing it. Maybe I'm just one of those people who can't take it. What I really wanted to grab at the store was NAC.
