I've been doing it for a while now and it's having profound effects on my well being and state of mind . I'm not following Dr Wilson's modified instructions, though. Just Roy Master's simple exercise.
havent tried it yet , I know my state of health did improve just by breathing exercises often as I can every day, I bet Roy masters could also help. Will give it a try soon.
Well , I guess meditation is a breathing exercise in itself , as it tends to deepen and slow your breathing considerably when you do it. But seriously, the meditation by Roy Masters is really good. Does wonders for my digestion too.
I've downloaded an app on my phone called ''Cure Stress'' by Roy Masters , and I sometimes listen to it, but mostly I just do it on my own . It can help if your mind wanders a lot .
He does come across as a bit of an arrogant sometimes, and I certainly don't agree with everything he says, but he does have some good ideas and he speaks a lot of truth from what I've seen from his videos.
i never got his meditation tape but on his radio show i don't think he really respects his callers, he laughs at them a lot. i used to listen to him for years in the 1990's to maybe 2004 or so and never paid close enough attention to notice this.
