Day 45, It is hard for me to believe how fabulous I feel.
I wasn't ready for all that was going to cleanse. My sinus drained like never before, I don't snore anymore, (which makes my wife happy). I have had a black floater in my left eye for years, I have been told lazer is the only cure. Well, it is only a grey spot that at this rate will soon be gone. I had a swelling on my right knee (about 4 inches around and 2 inches thick) that for 2 years I have been trying to get rid of, it is gone. I can do knee squats again. I don't wake up tired anymore. This only mentions some of what I feel.
Not to mention the spiritual and mental peace. And the feeling of acclomplishment. If I can go 45 days and not eat and feel this good, then I can accomplish anything. And so can anyone who starts, just allow yourself to experience the healing.
I was going to stop at 40 days originally, but I'm going to keep going.
One thing bothers me. I SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) daily, and there is still solids that pass, everyday. And not just a little, sometimes it is just as if I had eaten. No food intake in 45 days, and still I am not cleaned out. I don't know how long that will take, but I think I will keep going until the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) only passes liquid.
This really makes it obviuos about where disease is started. And that if the cause was dealt with, the cure wouldn't be needed. That most if not all, of our disease is caused from toxins in our body, caused from excess waste that sits and rots inside of us, And is then absorbed by the blood. I may be looked down upon for saying that, but I really believe it.
Because of a cleanse like this, I really believe that we are adding years onto our lives.
To the new comers, keep it up. you won't believe the results.
And- I have lost 65 pounds. I started at 290 45 days ago, I have 30 more to lose. I am not going back to that old lifestyle. No more junk food. I think life is to make this our lifestyle. I am considering a cleanse ever 6 weeks of 10 days. Then maybe I won't be this plugged again.

I stoped because I just felt that I had reached somekinda plateau where the benefits would be so minimal to continue and besides I really got cranked up about the "rebuilding faze" and all the changes I was gonna make like joining the gym etc etc.
Please don't get obessed with the weight thing. You have accomplished marvels even by your own account. It is very possible and highly likely that if you keep going with the goal of loosing 30 more lbs that anymore weight that you loose past this point will be from muscle tissue and you really don't want that. I would like to encourage you to do what Somer did when she went 59 days this summer is that somewhere around 40 days or so she switched to juice fasting. Hopefully she'll see your post and outline the regimen she followed in the later part of her cleanse. I'm relatively sure that she did some colonics towards the end and that she released some mighty nasty stuff. You will continue to loose the weight safely and effectively after the Master-Cleanse by eating a mostly raw diet and supplementing EFAs (essential fatty acids) and the absolute "must do" of getting some exercise.
I have done 3 long MCs 40/28/21 and I have never passed any solid stuff after day 2. It was butt pee city for me. If you're still passing solid stuff after 45 days I would say that you definetly need to address the colon cleasning issue with a vegence. I would say that you are a prime candidate for a series of colonics.
Please consider my suggestion above and start getting into the mindset about the "rebuilding faze". Loosing a lot of weight in a short time without exercising is simply "not healthy" and you'll wind up will a mess of loose skin that will be extremely dificult if not practically impossible to tone up specialy if you start wasting away good muscle tissue.

I continue to slowly but surely lose weight on a cleansing/rebuilding diet I have followed since the end of July, but still have colon cleansing work to do!
Better out than in!

This is a reply to # 224,002I hear so many of you loosing weight. And doing it with just fasting.Was wondering in most things I read that when one dosn't eat or use exersize that one starts to not burn fat but musscle and other orgains. I would like to start fasting but would like to loose weight but also to cleanse my body more so. How and where can one start as I havn't read all the posts and haven't had the time to keep up on this stuff.

I completed 43 days of Master-Cleanse in early September. Prior to that I had been basically living a vegetarian life style for around three months. I followed my Master-Cleanse up with juicing and then a strong protocol that Shelley of the ask Shelley forum helped me design.
I have been enjoying an active and energetic life since. I give thanks for having been introduced to the Master-Cleanse by my sister who did a ten-day cleanse earlier in the year.
I had been living in a negative cocoon of sorts for years. Living in an abusive marriage, and fighting a battle with a form of cancer, I finally broke free an started a path towards total healing.
The healing the MC cleanse can provide needs to be experienced to be believed. I love reading posts from others that have discovered the empowerment and elation that comes from a long MC.

She pretty much keep a diary of her journey on this forum. If any of her msgs allow you to send her email just ask her. She's a pretty good doobie and I have no doubt she would be happy to help you and give you her regimen.
The other thing you need to do to keep the ball rolling is if you don't already own a juicer then run and buy one. It will be the greatest single investment you will make towards a healthy lifestyle. Also there is a juice fasting forum on Curezone unfortunately it gets very little traffic. Lot's of info on the net on juicing so research research research....
My favorite juice recipe is as follow.
5 to 8 carrots depending on size
2 stalks of celery
1/4 or less red beet
a bunch of parsley where the stems are about the thickness
of the tip of my little finger.
one or 2 apples
Some times I'll add ginger
Not only is this an awesome drink nutritionally but it also tastes great!! Word of warning the beet will color your poop red so not you ain't having no internal bleeding. Beets are both very strong tasting and pretty a intense liver cleanser so it's better to err on the side of less that to over do it.
