Couple of questions, can you start the schedule for the liver cleanse after 2pm? Lets say 4pm and adjust all the timing by 2 hours? It will work better with my work schedule?
Also, for sleeping, can I take melatonin?

This is a reply to # 2,243,671Many people have tweaked the schedule of the flush, so give it a try. You can drink water any time except for 20 min before and after the ES and wait for a few hours after the OO mixture. Use common sense with it and you'll be fine.
If you use real olive oil from California, the mixture will go down better in my experience.
About the melatonin, I would say take it crushed or outside the capsule an half hour or so before the OO mixture if you absolutely must have it.Good luck.

I did my first ever Liver Cleansing today morning. I did exact Andreas book eg. no food after 2pm(s day before) 6,8pm Ep Salt, 10pm Olive oil and Grapefruit mix. I got up 6 am next morning without alarm and have another Epsom Salt at 8 am. Meanwhile, I didnt take anything even water too. After 9am, I have series of BM. and shredded more than 300 stones of mainly pea and wheat grain size green color, a few large too, say 1 cm. I have rice and lentinal somewhere 11:30 am with water after 40-45 mins and it's 1:30pm now. I didn't have pain or nausea so far. Hope it will work more positively as days pass.
