I have done plenty of research and I believe I am ready to start this on the 1st of December (Wednesday)
I once went on a 19 day fast (just water, under Dr's supervision) so I know I am capable of not eating for an extended length of time.
My problem is that I have read so much but failed to bookmark it so that now that it is time for me to start, I cannot find the info that I am wanting. Please help!

book by Stanley Burroughs.
I understand I need the following:
Genuine Maple Syrup - get this from the Health Food Store, what exactly do I ask for?
Lemons - organic if I can find it - how many do you suppose I need per day to get the required amount of drink in?
Cayenne Pepper - do I have to get this from the Health Food Store or can it just be the spice I get in the grocery?
Herb Laxative Tea - is this really necessary? Do I take this morning and night? I have a job where I run a route, is this concoction going to make me have to use the restroom every 15 minutes?
Uniodized Sea Salt
- get this from the Health Food Store - is this something that is necessary every day as well?
I am really afraid of having to work at the kind of job that I do without having a restroom available for long periods of time. Any recommendations on that?
Other than that, this forum is a wealth of information and I am hoping to get support while I do this lemonade fast.
