Need2Bfixed
For the past 2 weeks I’ve been taking 5 grams of pure glutamine with 30 grams whey protein (doesn’t have additional amino acids, just sodium, potassium, calcium and protein). I do that in the morning, then after my workout – so 10 grams total + 60 protein. I’ll do some reading on Methionine!
I’ve never done saliva cortisol testing to determining AF – a hair mineral test analysis has determined a AF glandular burnout due to mineral deficiencies, rationsand low sodium high potassium. So I’ve been treating AF mainly with a nutritional balancing protocol:
1.Daily
coffee enemas (going to start
Liver Flushing soon as I believe liver congestion is the culprit of my AF – mercury toxicity as well I believe)
2.Daily carrot/beet fresh juice
3.Recently started working out and feel less muscle weakness and overall better well being
4.Daily meditation and slow breathing
5.Positive affirmation (huge role into
my healing journey)
6.For supplements I take: 1.5 vit C, 6,000u vit D, 300mg 5HTP, 500mg magnesium, lots of dissecated Argentinian Beef liver tabs, 10g glutamine with 60g protein powder, mineral supplements, artichoke extract, and OX bile w/ black raddish and lastly, adrenal glandular extract
With all this I’m slowly getting better.
What supplements have worked for you the best? If you have any advice on supplements that have helped you, that would be great to share.
Thanks,
