you say you've been on since last friday? is that the most recent last friday, as in 4 (soon to be five for me!) or 5 days ago, depending on what timezone you're in?
or was it like laaasssst last friday, as in nearly 12 days ago? cuz if it was the former last friday, and not the latter, then you •••really••• are with me. i haven't seen any blatantly obvious results yet myself, but i feel so much better already, and i don't plan to see a scale until i have seen this one through. i do the tea on a pretty regular basis, but as of now i have only done the swf once during these five days -- on day three. but, ya know, i don't feel like i need it at the moment. everything is moving fine and i don't feel excessively toxic w/ headaches and whatnot, so i may do it a time or two before i finish, but it's not likely i'll get too religious with it just yet.
my advise right now is to do exactly what you're doing. you are doing everything right and you probably are making major progress, it just hasn't become blatently obvious yet. i think it will be soon, though. i'm pretty confident of that right now.
how tall are you? i'm only like five' two'' i wonder if that is a factor at all in any of it. i guess the shorter you are the more weight there is to lose, in which case the more weight will be lost, according to the book.any thoughts?
