I've decided I'm ready to begin again, this time with preparation. Today I have had only liquids: a lot of water, one cup of black coffee, organic juices, miso soup, and a snapple first thing. Not the best, but what I'm trying to do is ease myself into this instead of going headlong like i did the first time, which resulted in caving in the third day. I'm going to go only fruit and veg juice tomorrow, and then end the night with a swf, so day one of mc will be Thursday. I feel ready this time. I want to be healthy, and will power is mine to control. I bought a vegan cookbook this afternoon and I'm going to study it for the next 2 weeks. I don't think I'll go 100% veg right out, but I know it's time to start. My goal right now is 14 days, but I'll let my body guide me ultimately.
