This is a reply to # 2,356,820Zack it is illegal for anyone to advise and practice urine therapy in western culture.
Figure on going to India if you need someone to hold your hand..
Otherwise read up and research/practice on your own. (This is what most of us do)
It isn't so complicated really.

This is a reply to # 2,358,890Who cares about the law, Dave Murphy was on news regarding his urine fast and the law knows that he goes round urine fasting people and don't say nothing.
It is difficult to do it in my present environment, as I have university full time and my friends and family will ask " what the f**k am I doing? ".
However thankfully I have found a retreat , where I can go on a supervised water fast.

This is a reply to # 2,358,923A supervised Water Fast is not the same as urine/water fast.
If you are in school begin slowly, just drinking some morning pee and sniffing some up your nose.
This will begin the healing process.
The healing will take it's own course.
Go with it! It may not be what you expect.

this is my 1st time on this forum, so if i've misposted, please redirect me to where this post should be…(when not working am looking after her and can't look on computer )
my fiancée is sick with heavy metal poisoning … on recently doing a urine fast, she vomitted a lot of bile on the 3rd night/ 4th day and relented to break the fast as she couldn't hold down water or anything in fact .. she broke fast with 50 g Watermelon …then an hour later 60 ml coconut water(sipped over 10 mins)… another hour later she vomited again… its urgent she can't keep anything in her system… don't want to go to hospitals as they’ll undo work done so far….please help!
