You just diagnosed your main problem.
Are you at all aware of it that it is very unhealthy to keep shit inside of you for 4 days ?
For 4 days, you are a "walking bag full of shit" , and you are still wondering why your body smell and why your sweat smell?
I am sorry for those very strong words, of course you are not a bag of shit, but it seems to me the only way some people can understand the real problem is if you try to draw a mental picture of it.
What is your body suppose to do with 4 days of shit?
Keep it inside?
Solve the problem of your constipation, and you will solve the problem of your smell.
Milk, cheese, grains, industrially processed foods and Sugar
make constipation worse!
Fruit and vegetable, both cooked and raw, cures it.
Start eating apples and plums instead of bread and cheese.
