I'll watch it in a bit. But I guess I'm not one of those guys that likes thin as a rail women. I also have a thought toward health over size.
In fact I am very happy to fast my way down to 135 or even lower where my grabable fat is gone but I wont ever suggest my wife fast - I told her, only if she gets to a diabetic situation (which she thankfully is faaaaar from)
If I start dipping under 130, I would be lighter than my wife - and she's 5ft and I'm 5' 9.5".
We all have our cross to bear, mine was Sugar
for 48 yrs, which I really have no realistic hope that I'd ever kick.
My hope is to fast to 130 or where ever the grabs of fat are gone, and stay there for months till all the free fatty acids are gone, and hopefully that will get my insulin sensitivity to where I can have Sugar
and it wont cause weight gain.
Having said that, I am happy at any weight, but the fat has to be gone.
