Hi everyone just wondering what is coming out of me. I have now done 7 Andreas flushes and the last 2 have produced this. I think the green is from the green coffee enema in this flush.
I use to get emerald green in the previous flushes with some stone that looked like the same consistency of mush stuck together. Has anyone else had this?
I had a same day colonic at 3 pm the same day, and am pretty sure there was nothing left in my bowels by 6 the next morning when I passed this. I am sure this is not pooh.

That thing on your photo looks like bile mixed with small hard particles.
Those small hard particles can be either food leftovers, or cholesterol from bile.
It can also be gallbladder sludge.
Impossible to know what is exactly inside your gallbladder.
Sometimes, stones inside gallbladder "decide" to come out on 10th or 20th flush.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. Here is a pick of second flush. Same consistency you can see little formed stones. Since the 6th flush the colour has changed to sandy. I wonder if the apple juice as broken the stones down more?

This is a reply to # 2,377,807Leave it like this for a several days, and see if it turns into liquid bile .
Mine always do.
I believe it is just liquid bile precipitated into cholesterol, maybe with some gallbladder sludge and gallbladder stones inside , and it might have actually happened inside your intestines, during the night of the flush.

This is a reply to # 2,377,955Do you know if regular - once a day- coffee enemas cause the bowels to stop working properly on there own? Normally I don't have a problem; regular as clockwork.
I'm doing Andreas Moritz Liver Flushes every month and use a morning coffee enema to stop me feeling crap and release pain.
Any advice if it is?

This is a reply to # 2,378,123Our intestines are slow moving muscles ... like a slow moving earthworm or a slow moving snake.
They move when there is something inside, and they stop moving when they are 100% empty.
Like all muscles, they need to be used, or they become weaker and weaker.
Taking enemas daily, day after day, can weaken the intestinal muscles, as the muscles do not need to do almost anything anymore, the enema water does the job that muscles were suppose to do.
In this situation, some people who are genetically predisposed with weaker intestines, completely lose ability to empty bowel without a help of enema.
It does not happen to everyone, just to some people.
But, when it happens, those unlucky people have to use enema the rest of their life.
It is not a big problem when you are 30 or 40 or 50 years old, but it becomes a big problem when you are 60 or 70 or 80 years old.
It is a Russian roulette!
Another problem is dysbiosis.
Washing your colon to often with enemas may affect the microbiom in a negative way.
Regular exercise and a healthy Diet may eliminate the need for frequent enenmas.

the rest of that post is nonsense
i won't even spend more than 20 seconds on it because it's so ridiculous, but for starters enemas only get at the very last part of the colon.
coffee enemas are great. if you feel like you're getting depleted from them then take more electrolytes and fluids and back off in frequency.
if anyone has lost bowel function from coffee enemas, something i think has not actually happened in reality, but if it did then the problem was elsewhere and not caused by the enemas themselves.
like liver flushes, coffee enemas attempt to address one of the main causes of constipation - lack of bile flow.
coffee enemas also have the advantage over flushes in that when the concentration of coffee is strong enough it will destroy pathogens in the colon and sometimes the liver.
people report passing liver flukes as a result of coffee enemas.
it is incredibly beneficial that such a simple procedure like a coffee enema can cause such amazing results as passing liver flukes.

This is a reply to # 2,378,396I personally know people who can not go to a toilet without enema.
One woman who is now in her 60s got addicted almost 30 years ago. It was not coffe enama she was using, it was just plain water enema.
And she knows other women who are like her.
Do not get me wrong, she is a beautiful woman who looks at least 15 years younger than she really is, she is actually very healthy, health conscious, but she can not go to a toilet, so she does one water enema per day to replace for her lazy colon.
She thinks her dependency on enema was created by using enema. She used enema because of constipation.
These are real people who I know personally.
For you that can be just a nonsense, for them, it is something they will have to do the rest of their life.
It affects their ability to travel, etc.

The whole point is:
Some people can take enema daily and not get dependant, others can't avoid dependency.
I am of course talking about doing it daily for weeks or even months, not about doing it just 7 days in a raw.
It is easier to become dependant on something you do for many weeks, than on something you do just for a few days.

This is a reply to # 2,378,398enemas were not the cause of her problems unless she was using horrible toxic poisoned water in them.
don't put words in my mouth. i'm sure she is suffering.
enemas have saved her so far from doctors cutting her colon.
the cause lies elsewhere. she already had underlying constipation before she started enemas, correct?
send her here to me and i'll give it a go to help restore her colon function.
i hope you didn't prescribe your typical meat diet for her.
the first most basic thing constipated people need is more fluids, not necessarily water.
then the long slow process of uncovering which, not if, parasites/fungi/virus/bacteria/protozoa are present. then Amalgam and root canal removal. then diet of course. FMT looks promising but you're the expert on that not me. but i'll guess you have not done them yourself.
where are the real people for whom enemas were the cause of their problems? i don't think they exist.

This is a reply to # 2,378,396Cheers I passed hundreds of liver flukes on my first AM liver flush. It could be because I've changed my diet to low carbs. I think it slows down the digestion because I'm never hungry. Also because I don't eat meat I'm eating a lot of eggs!! I'm going to start eating cabbage raw. Any ideas food wise to get them moving. I just get compacted right at the end of my bowels. It's compacted and too dense like constipation that normally I don't have. Many thanks.

This is a very good question. A complete answer would take a lot of time, which I might spend another day.
But addressing constipation is extremely important.
The compactions might actually be compacted mucoid plaque resulting from die-off and resulting flora change from your new diet.
Warm liquids can help, magnesium glycinate can help and increasing saturated fats can help to lubricate.
Once the flukes are gone and bile is restored then you can look at the problem again. Bile is the best laxative.
Btw, it's amazing that you passed all those flukes.
You could also try drinking yogurt or kefir shakes.
I am not a fan of long-term low carb, but if it works for you then it works.

So far I have read numerous posts of people talking about liver flukes, but all they were able to produce were some objects that look like tomato/paprika skins, nothing that looks like real hepatic flatworm.

This is a reply to # 2,378,546They looked like pink grapefruit fibre which they couldn't have been because we strained it through a sieve and cloth with the olive oil.
I stoped the coffee enema for 3 days and now back to normal. I do the enemas for clarity of thinking and pain relief. As I only want the golden coffee bean effects I only used 300ml of water just to get the coffee in which should not be too disturbing for my bowels.
Doing a flush on Saturday so it will be interesting to see if I have more Gallstones on my low carb high protein and fat diet??Advertisement

This is a reply to # 2,378,394Hi I do have very good peristalsis the colonic therapist says. I find if I wait a day the next day it's compacted so I will start eating prunes and get them moving on there own. I have started to feel better today so I'll ween myself off them. I use dr wilsons golden coffe mainly for health reasons. I've started the low cab diet 10 days ago which could also be causing issues. Many thanks.

some people use them as an alternative to liver flushes. they are not as effective as flushes but still great.
nothing wrong at all with doing an enema after a flush to speed things along.
