Hello, I'm new here and I was wondering if someone could help me identify these parasites. I just finished a 36h Water Fast with some magnesium and peppermint oil to keep my bowels moving since I noticed I was killing parasites and now when I ended the fast I did my personal record in killing them. I have a very bad case of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome which I believe is mostly caused by these parasites. I've been seeing them in my stool (more than a couple of thousand) for more than 4 months now. I have a successful diet and I was actually trying to slow down the die off with Water Fasting but it turned out to be more powerful against them than any herb/food I've consumed.

My symptoms are mainly lots of fatigue, difficulty breathing (like I can't take a deep breathe and speaking causes this annoying pressure in my chest so I can't even talk much before it starts to hurt and make me anxious because of the huge pressure in my chest), severe brain fog, headaches and rashes and a huge bloated stomach.
