You can definitely do it! I too, experienced some cravings earlier in the fast, but once I got to day 6+, I hardly even thought about food anymore. In fact, it got to the point where if I would even think about food, I began seeing it from a totally objective view. Rather than thinking "oh my god, 'xxx' is so tasty, I could use some right now!," I would instead shrug and think to myself "meh, food is just food."
I think it would be a good idea to lock up the junk food or hide it from view (far from your proximity!)... or better yet, throw it out! Think about what a great goal that would be to set to adopt healthier eating habits once the Master-Cleanse
is over. It's like a double accomplishment... to cleanse for 10+ days AND to totally turn your diet around! The way I see it, what's the point of cleansing if we're simply going to go back to our old bad habits?
To me, that's something I look forward to, transitioning to a primarily raw-based diet!
