I've had days when I feel like you do and also wonder if it's worth it. But then, by the next day I'm feeling great and glad I've stuck to it. I've only felt bad for 2 days in a row, so hopefully you'll feel better soon! Make sure you're drinking enough lemonade--that makes me feel weak if I skimp. If you can, take a nap.
