The yellow is bile. It's a good thing. If you don't see it then it is backing up and that could cause stones!
Everyone is different and for the most part it will take a week or so to start seeing any sludge, the junk that has been 'caked' on for decades. It is stubborn and took that long to accumulate, so don't expect miracles overnight. I'm approaching day 40 and pretty clean, though still some coming out. Around 14 days , if you have been following the program, then things will really start loosening up. Then ,for me, 22 days gets some gnarley, almost clay-like ...yuk...so glad to get it out. I eat pretty damn well , yet still have Klingons! If you have been eating unhealthy, then it may be more stubborn. After you finish with the fast eat LOTS of heavy fiber...tabouleh is reaaaalllyyy good! Scrubs ya out..
Most of the junk sinks(stones float), so you will not know what you are eliminating unless you , gross as it sounds, poop in a container and look. Why does everyone at the parties I go to leave the room when I get to this part?hah!
cocktail breaks down the sludge. Light exercise or movement really helps also.
I have found that the overnight cleansing is the most productive. I think that the lemon and cayenne really work on the colon then. Your first poop in the A.M. should be dark. That will be the maple, cayenne, any loose sludge and the tea. The swf will for the most part be yellow. One of the reasons it passes 'thru' you is that the bile ducts are stimulated and activated, also, it is the same density/gravity as blood. If you are not getting good results from the Salt water, and the tea is clockwork, drink the swf an hour or so before the 'tea urge'. The tea will act like a turbo. Also ,I chug a quart
of h2o an hour after I have finished flushing, just to get the rest of the salt out and rehydrate.
The cayenne really stimulates BMs ,so take as much as you can comfortably handle.
Yet , at the least do the 1/10th. I do 1/4 tsp.(not if I am making in batch though!)
For the timid try only increasing toward the end of the day, so you can sleep on it.
OK...just my two cents! So many folks have helped me and I'm happy to give back
