I'm almost 5 days post cleanse. I still feel great. I've been eating a mostly raw food vegetarian diet since. I was a meat eater pre cleanse but plan on staying veggie from here on in. I'm amazed at my sheer lack of desire for meat. I don't think about it. It doesn't smell good to me and I'm not going to try any. But I can honestly say the only thing I really miss is Cheese. I'd love to have some cheese at some point...
is there a minimum number of days I have to wait before my system can handle cheese or dairy? or should I be good by now? so far I have been strictly vegan post cleanse, no butter, no cheese, no dairy, no eggs. Even been eating only Soy yogurt.
