i doubt it will burn, if you fear it will you can dillute it further, say 1/3 acv to 2/3 water. also you can add some hydrogen peroxide to this mix to further the effects, it will work great. that same mixture can be used to wash produce and many other things. good luck.

I diluted 1 tsp of ACV with 1 tsp of water last night and put it on a dry spot on my own hand last night. It stung a little, so I put another tsp. of water in and tried it on one of my son's feet. He started to cry so I quickly put his foot under running water - which he thought was funny. :)

This morning, I tried 1 tsp ACV, 2 tsp water, and 1 tsp hydrogen peroxide. When I put this on the dry spot on my hand, it didn't hurt...but the spot on my hand is no where near as raw as my poor baby's feet. So, I tried the same foot as last night and he cried. Again I rinsed his foot immediately. Then when I looked at it, I could see the tiny bubbles from the peroxide.

I am going to keep at it and see if just that few seconds before I rinse it off will make any difference. I may try adding another tsp. of water, but I don't want to dilute it so much that it is ineffective.
