I definitely had serious candida - Rheumatoid Arthritis , heartburn, sinus problems, chronic vaginal yeast infections, digesting problems, bloating, etc. I knew I would have to have patience in my battle with the yeastie beasties. I have been on Threelac for 6 months now. I am back down to 2 packets daily and most symptons are gone. Still have stiffness in my upper legs and behind my knees. But I have come so far. I did a spit test recently and it looked so much better. I will get down to one packet when I feel the time is right and will probably never go off it because I know how much it has helped me. I am also cleansing my body now which is really helping me too.

While I have had tremendous success with ThreeLac, it will not cure you as there is no cure for Candida. It will rid you of your current Candida problem, but Candida can always recur. After a year of suffering, and a wealth of products that did not work, I found out about ThreeLac from a search engine. It has given me a new life. Once you are rid of your current problem, you can go on a daily maintenance dosage of 1 packet per day. I have been doing this, and have not had any recurrence.
