-Some people are allergic to oatmeal. Not me. I often have oatmeal and walnut for breakfast with flax seed (fiber) cinamon and nutmeg (natural antibacterian) vanilla and yogurt (with a spoonful of good EPA oil supplement - extra virgin olive oil.
-Sometimes I just eat the yogurt vanilla and olive oil.
veggies, salad of steamed with garlic or ginger.
-Apple snack mid-afternoon.
Fruits are a no-no, I make an exception for lemon- of course- and apple because of its precious pectin.
-puffed rice cakes with tuna
-pop corn (some people are allergic to corn),
rice, veggies and fish for dinner. [beware rice can be constipating, it calls for a bit of extra flax seed the next morning] Golden rule: one bowel movement a day
10 glasses of water a day, with a drop of lemon or apple cider vinegar.
