I'd suggest taking this amount (I'm holding my two fingers apart). For intensive therapeutic use, take this much (holding them a bit wider apart). Hope that helps!
I don't know what the therapeutic "detox" quantity of Moly is, but FungusFocus.com suggests taking the equivalent of 150 mcg/day, consumed with meals. Other info from health guides I have:
-Current U.S. RDA for Moly is 75 mcg.
-Intake of 75-250 mcg/day is considered "safe and adequate."
-Over 500 mcg/day can cause your body to lose necessary copper.
-Dose of 5-10 mg/day can show toxicity symptoms.
-Dose of 10-15 mg/day can cause gout.
-(Note that 1,000 mcg = 1 mg, and 1,000 mg = 1 gram.)
