Abraham is right, anything but peanut. Actually peanut is not a nut. However for intolerance/ digestion purpose it is better to blanch them or else to crush them.
Here are a few ideas:
How to blanch: put the nuts in water overnight. Blanching allows the enzyme to form and in the process it softens the nut, which makes it easier to digest.
After blanching you could eat them in your yogurt, oatmeal or put them in the blender to make nut milk and add to your herb tea. Yummy and a good source of Zinc.
It might be personal intolerance, but if I eat nut, without blanching them, I find parts of them in my stools, this feeds candida: No No!
