back when i was into supplements, i took something called opc-3 by isotonix. its a powder you mix into a liquid. very powerful. its grapeseed extract, with pine bark extract and something else. it does wonders for symptoms, but i stopped taking it as it would not address any underlying problem to the best of my knowlege, and was expensive. you can find it on the net and from dealers.
