However, please keep in mind that everyone must figure out for themselves what they can tolerate, and what they cannot.
Partly this is because some people have other complications, like leaky gut or hypoglycemia, that must be taken into consideration.
Food allerties/intolerances will also be a consideration.
There is also disagreement on some things, vinegar is a good example, with some people strongly supporting it and others strongly opposing it.
If you pay close attention to what you eat, allow plenty of time between meals and monitor your own response, it will help you figure it out.
